ECSU gets $50,000 to assist Latino students

Eastern Connecticut State University will receive a $50,000 grant to increase the number of Latino high school students in a dual enrollment program in collaboration with the university, the non-profit organization Excelencia in Education has announced.
ECSU was one of only 20 colleges and universities from across the nation chosen to receive the award.
