Abandoned poodle gets a home

Life is looking up for the downtrodden and neglected dog Windham Animal Control rescued after finding the dog eating from a Dumpster last week.
That’s because the poodle has been adopted by Barbara Sayers, 77, of Willimantic.
“She needed a good home and I could give her one,” Sayers said this morning.

Columbia man in two-car crash
